信号:半高斯成形脉冲信号,其幅度与入射到晶体上的X/V能量相关,在入射射线能量<1.2Mev的条件下,脉冲幅度与射线能量成线性关系。
电源:可采用2.0~5.5V电源,要求电源纹波尽量小,因为电源纹波会耦合到前置放大器中,产生额外的噪声。
The mini-Gamma iodine crystal detector is constructed by combining a 4x4x8mm iodine cesium crystal with a PIN photodiode. It is encapsulated with a preamplifier in a metal shielding box, forming a detector module with an overall size of 18.2x12.2x6.4mm. This module can be integrated into smart wristbands, watches, or mobile phones to create intelligent digital products with X-ray detection capabilities.
The mini-Gamma cesium iodide crystal detector is electrically connected through three pads on the outside, namely the signal terminal, the power terminal and the ground terminal. Among them:
Signal: A semi-Gaussian shaped pulse signal, whose amplitude is related to the X/V energy incident on the crystal. Under the condition that the incident radiation energy is less than 1.2 MeV, the pulse amplitude has a linear relationship with the radiation energy.
Power Supply: A 2.0 - 5.5V power supply can be used. It is required that the power supply ripple be as small as possible, because the power supply ripple will couple to the preamplifier, generating additional noise.
